- At this time, we do not sell retail out of this location. All orders need to be placed online.
- Hours of operation – We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. If you call after hours please leave a message or email info@waltspretzels.com with your question.
- How do I keep my pretzels fresh – All of our pretzels will stay fresh in an unopened bag for up to 10 months after the date you receive. Once opened we would recommend storing in a zip sealed bag in a cabinet.
- I am allergic to peanuts are your pretzels safe – We are a peanut free facility. In addition, we will not purchase from a vendor that has any peanut warning in their allergen statement.
- Return Policy – If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or not the correct items please contact us immediately so we can get it taken care of.
